Gmpte is a public Transport in Greater Manchester. On 1 April 1974, the operating name became Greater Manchester Buses Limited. 1993 GM Buses split into two companies - GM Buses North and GM Buses South.
GM Buses North  is now First Manchester and GM Buses South is now Stagecoach Manchester.
